5. Enrollment & Payment Terms
Enrollment in our programs is subject to successful completion of our technical assessment and payment of the applicable tuition fees. All tuition and fee structures are disclosed upfront. Payment plans and deferred payment arrangements are governed by separate enrollment agreements which supplement these Terms. We adhere to the refund policies mandated by the Texas Workforce Commission for career schools and colleges.

All curriculum materials, lab configurations, software code provided by instructors, and educational content on this website are the property of Tech Skills Lab Education Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access these materials for your personal educational use only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Skills Lab Education Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes or salary levels following program completion.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Austin, Travis County, Texas.
